Parking plans for retirement homes

McCarthy and Stone amend plans to reflect feedback.

Following January's public exhibition for Retirement Living apartments in Audlem, McCarthy and Stone has announced that it has listened to the feedback of local residents and has amended its plans accordingly.

McCarthy and Stone invited local residents to a public exhibition to view its initial proposals for Retirement Living apartments in January with 50 people attending the exhibition.

The plans for around 25 Retirement Living apartments originally saw the provision of 20 car parking spaces, but following feedback from local residents, McCarthy and Stone will now provide 25 parking spaces in its planning application.

McCarthy and Stone will now finalise the plans before submitting a full planning application.
