Important Notice from Oxtail & Trotter

Apologies for any inconvenience but the shop will be closed this Saturday between 8.30-10.30am. For those regulars who like to shop early, Simon will be in from 8am until 8.30.

Following this short closure, we will be open for the rest of the day as usual and will have all of the usual delicious BBQ selection on offer as well as Sunday roasting joints, cold meats & everything in between!

Wagyu Beef
We do have some Wagyu beef available currently so please ask if you would like to try some of this delicious & highly sought-after beef. We don't usually display this on the counter due to the fact that there is often a waiting list for the prime cuts.

The Sauce Queen
We also have stock of these delicious finishing sauces which really add a bit of luxury to your home cooked meal. Brandy & Peppercorn, Porcini mushroom & stilton & white wine sauces made with fresh cream sauce can be found in our display counter.

Three Little Pigs Chorizo
Amazing cured meat from rare breed pigs reared in the Yorkshire countryside, we have several flavours in stock currently including mild & spicy chorizo, Yorkshire salami, Hot Fennel salami or Ancho chilli salami- ready to eat with a lovely glass of red wine or perfect to cook with!
