New Winter Opening Hours at Oxtail & Trotter

Having looked at customer numbers at certain times of the day we have decided to implement new winter opening hours.

These will be effective from next Monday 19th October. Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 17:30 Friday 9:00 – 19:00 Saturday 8:30 – 16:00
It goes without saying that if any of our lovely customers are running slightly behind and need us to stay open until they can get to us (within reason!) then we will do our very best to accommodate. Please also feel free to use our order ahead facility on the website, or just give us a call on 01270 811793.

We are going to be trialling a slightly later opening time on a Friday – 7pm. Hopefully some of the Audlem residents who arrive back from work later in the evening will benefit from this.

Ready to Cook Range

We have some lovely new casseroles for the winter months – we can pop the amount your require into an oven proof tray ready for you to pop straight in the oven. We have a Pork, Cider & Apple Casserole, Beef & Mushroom & also our delicious Meatballs in Tomato & herb sauce.

The casseroles include vegetables and just need 35-40 mins at 180 – a quick and easy supper that takes no preparation. We will be expanding this range so please keep an eye out for our new recipes and feel free to ask about them in the shop.
