Open Day at Overwater Marina

It's Open Day at the Overwater Marina, a mile north of Audlem today, Sunday 28th November.

There's a mini-boat show organised by the marina's brokerage office run by Rugby Boat Sales with open boat viewings. The engineering workshop of Audlem Boat Company is open too for advice on every aspect of narrow boat maintenance, care and painting with samples of recent work on display.

There's an opportunity to see a recent fit-out on the brand new narrow boat Grandpa's Retreat.

Snowdonia cheeses and a range of pickles and chutneys can be purchased at the Cheese Boat and coffee and refreshments, freshly made food and cakes at the Coffee Lounge at the Marina, a branch of the Audlem-based business in the village itself.
