Winter Opening Times

As per our change of opening hours through the winter months, we are now open until 7pm on Friday.

Hopefully this will benefit some of the Audlem residents who don't get back to the village until a little later in the evening, or maybe you are a little bit like myself and like to wait until 6pm to decide what you are going to have for supper and then have to "nip" out!

Either way we hope you might find this a useful addition to your options for a last minute Friday night supper.

Expanding Range

We are continuing to expand on our ready to cook range of products and I will shortly have an order form on the counter from which you can pre-order. Due to our restricted space on the counter we can't always have all of our new recipes on the counter but the current range includes:

  • Duck in plum sauce 30-40 minutes at 180 in oven tray
  • Chicken Kiev 30-35 minutes at 180 in oven tray (without film)
  • Pork & cider casserole 30-40 minutes at 180 in oven tray
  • Beef & Mushroom Casserole 30-40 minutes at 180 in oven tray
  • Beef Patties with Black pepper sauce 30 minutes at 180 in oven tray
  • Chicken goujons (prime fillet) 15 minutes at 180 in oven tray (without film)

All of these items can just be popped in the oven for the relevant timings and served with vegetables of your choice.

Please let us know if you require any of the products above ready prepared in an oven tray and we can get them ready for you to collect.
