St Luke's beats the weather (correction)

This article originally appeared (wrongly) as a collection for NSPCC rather than St.Luke's – entirely my fault, largely as a result of there being so many well-supported good causes in the village that I got confused – Apologies to all concerned – John Tilling

In spite of the atrocious weather on Saturday morning (I have never seen the village so deserted) we managed to raise £373 for St Luke's Hospice which is great.

Thanks to all the ever-generous Audlem residents who braved the weather and supported us.
