North West in Bloom awards

Several members of the ADAS Committee recently attended the presentation of awards ceremony held in Southport.

They were delighted to receive a Silver Gilt award in the 'large village' category.

During the judging visit in July the Judges commented on the planting in Crown Court Mews and the residents were awarded a prize in the 'it's your community' section.

As usual Audlem received a large number of points for Community Involvement. The wonderful displays and appearance of the village are all due to fundraising and volunteering within the village so thanks are due to all who contributed in any way.

Don't forget the annual AGM takes place this Thursday 9th November at 7.30pm in the Guide and Scout Hall. All are welcome!
