Nordic Walking Taster – updated

Apologies for this, but the Free Nordic Walking taster session which was set to take place tomorrow, Sunday, 3rd July, at the Overwater Marina with Alexandra Davis has had to be postponed until the following week. Alexandra has been called away to help film a water safety event. The free taster session will now take place on Sunday 10th July.

Try Nordic Walking for health and fitness – for all ages and abilities, easy yet powerful outdoor exercise, lose weight, tone up and have fun.
