There's a Free Taster session tomorrow, Sunday, 5th June, of Nordic Walking at the Overwater Marina with Alexandra Davis.

Try Nordic Walking for health and fitness – for all ages and abilities, easy yet powerful outdoor exercise, lose weight, tone up and have fun.

July lessons on 10th, 17th and 24th.
