Alexandra Davis, fitness and dance professional, has recently qualified as a Nordic Walking Instructor and is offering this fantastic and sociable activity to the residents of Audlem.

Regardless of age, ability, shape or size, Nordic Walking is the ideal way to get fit, stay fit and increase fitness levels simply by walking with a couple of poles.

By actively using the specially designed Nordic Walking poles, you can burn up to 50% more calories than with regular walking at the same time reducing the stress on joints, particularly knees and hips. A complete upper and lower body workout all in one go.

Increase your energy levels and tone up your abdominals, buttocks, thighs, shoulders and arms in this fun aerobic and body conditioning exercise.
Alex is able to offer lessons to individuals, couples and groups. Poles will be provided – trekking and ski poles will NOT work!
