Next History Society Talk

The next History Society Talk on Thursday, April 16th, at the Scout and Guide Hall is 'Recent Archaeology Around Nantwich'.

Local archaeologist Malcolm Reid will focus on Roman and medieval excavations since 2002.

His recent research on Bronze Age Barrows discovered near Church Lawton was published in an international journal.

Members will remember Malcolm conducting a very interesting Walk 2 years ago around the hill fort at Old Oswestry.
