New waiting room chairs

We would like to thank the Audlem Medical and Nursing Trust Fund for purchasing the new waiting room chairs. These are very much appreciated.

The Audlem Medical and Nursing Trust Fund is sponsored by ADAS (Audlem District Amenities Society). The Trust Fund was set up over 20 years ago and is used solely to benefit the patients of Audlem Medical Practice.

The trust funds are used to provide equipment and services which would not otherwise be available on the NHS. This charitable fund relies on donations and legacies.
