New staff at Oxtail & Trotter

Introducing Charles – our newest member of staff.

Charles is from Audlem so some of you may recognise him! Charles has spent time in the kitchens of The Lord Combermere and we are thrilled that he is joining us to assist Simon and learn the butchery trade.

Charles will be taking charge of our pop-up Fish @ Oxtail & Trotter as soon as he has settled in. We are hoping to have a date for you all very soon for a trial day of the pop-up fish shop.

Charles and I are flying solo this week whilst Simon has a well-deserved holiday so please be patient with us...we will do our utmost to supply you with all of our usual foodie delights – we are well stocked and are looking forward to the challenge of keeping things going whilst the boss is away!

The Co-op Renovations

We can confirm that during the co-op renovations, Oxtail & Trotter will be extending its opening hours to ensure that we can offer the village the service provision they are used to. We are happy to staff the shop 8.30 – 8pm.

Please let us know if there is anything extra in the fresh or cooked meat sector that is not currently covered by our product offering – we will do our best to make sure we can supply!
