Neighbourhood Plan Newsletter

An Audlem Neighbourhood Plan Newsletter has been delivered to residents.

It outlines the impact of the Gladman decision which approved more houses for development than the Cheshire East Local Plan envisaged in 20 years.

This newsletter provides detail of the Steering Committee progress on the "Residents First" strategy for a Neighbourhood Plan.

It is focusing on housing, both to enable the detail plans from the developers to be influenced and to ensure residents views are taken into account for any new planning submissions.

The Newsletter contains detail of the proposed Vision for Audlem on which residents are being invited to give their views.

To respond to this, and to help collect residents views of how Audlem should be developed over the next 15 years, a Housing Questionnare will be delivered to every household in the near future.

Residents are urged to complete and return the questionnare to provide the evidence base for the Neighbourhood Plan.
