My Week with Marilyn success

Those that enjoyed the film on the Big Screen in the Public Hall on Saturday evening will be interested in the overnight news from the Golden Globes in Los Angeles.

The Best Actress award – Comedy or Musical – went to Michelle Williams who played Marilyn Monroe in 'My Week with Marilyn'.

The film was also nominated for Best Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical – but lost out to 'The Artist.'
