Reference the recent articles by Celia Bloor and others regarding the carvings in beams depicting the the hanging at Hankelow, they were originally sited in the shipon /barn at Pinnacle farm owned at that time by Mr. Beeston.

When the barn was converted into a dwelling, the beam was removed and after some discussion as to where it should find a home, it was eventually incorporated into the refurbishments that took place at Pinnacle House Farm where they now reside.

It seems a suitable "home" for them and I am sure would have pleased Mr. Beeston.

More details can be obtained from Vic Harris, and his wife Chloe, of the Beeches, Coole Lane, who were instrumental in saving them for posterity.
