Audlem Medical Practice has asked Audlem Online to pull together all the 'Fitness' facilities available locally to help people participate in sports and fitness classes.

There's surprisingly many ways to keep fit locally. Yesterday we published a selection, all starting with 'A'. Today, we are publishing more.

There's a choice to suit most ages and fitness levels. If you wish, consult your doctor before starting a new fitness regime. Full details in the Organisations section on Audlem Online.

If corrections need to be made to any of the details, please let the web team know as we have used the existing Audlem Online listings under 'Sports' and 'Hair, Beauty & Fitness'.
