A message about last nightís two sell-out shows

Audlem Online has received the following message from Ralph Warburton, who, we noted, was manning the bar tirelessly in the Public Bar last night. He says:- "I just want to place on record my total admiration for the masses of talent that this village has within its environs, evidenced by the truly superb events at the halls last night.""TAVA and the team of women who worked so hard to bring off the Cabaret night deserve all the praises heaped on them at the end of the performance and Garth Bardsley was great as were the support trio. A really professional night."

"The 'Young Bands' night at the Scout Hall was packed to the rafters and it's immensely good to see so many young people having such a good and well organised time. Long live "live" performances. So much better than the 2 dimensional TV pap.

If we could only bottle all this talent, we would make a fortune."
