Last Produce Stall of the Season

This Saturday (September 27th) ADAPT Food Group holds the final surplus Produce Stall of the season, from 10a.m.-12noon in the Lord Combermere car park.

We are very grateful to Alan and Jo Brown at the Lord Combermere for their assistance and encouragement when we were denied use of the Buttermarket. Thank you also to those who have visited us over the past Saturdays and hope that any advice and assistance we have been able to give as well as the produce itself have helped you.

All the produce has been grown locally in our gardens, veg. plots or allotments. This Saturday we have available: Marrows, Eggs, Honey, Runner Beans, large and small Onions, Shallots, Bramley Cooking Apples, Red Falstaff Eating Apples, Pears, Raspberries, small and large Dahlias.

Apple Pressing

On Saturday 4th October at our usual pitch in theLord Combermere carpark we are holding an 'APPLE PRESSING MORNING' from 10a.m.-12noon. You are invited to bring your apples for pressing into juice which can then be stored for future use. Advice for storage and recipes will be available. Please bring apples and plastic bottles.
