Knives at Brambles

Join us at Brambles where we will be having a knife Skills Demonstration by local chef Paul.
This will take place between 4pm and 7pm on Monday 16th October.

Drop in anytime between these hours to watch Paul demonstrate his skills and ask any questions you make have about using knives safely -- you could even learn how to slice the perfect melon flower! Paul will also be showing off our Flint and Flame knives which are used by professional chefs including Monica Galetti and Jean-Christophe Novello.
