Ivy Cottage Application – Update

In a follow up to the planning application reported on in June of this year (reference 17/1655N as reported here) new plans have been submitted.

According to the application, the site would comprise of six houses (five new, one converted) each having 4 or more bedrooms.

However, the location plans show a proposed access road to land at the rear and the design statement accompanying the application includes a comment from Cheshire East that as "this development is likely to consist of 15 to 20 units......It is mentioned that further development may take place off Mount Pleasant, this is a very narrow
road and I would not be keen on increasing the usage of this lane for further development."
