As anyone living in Audlem will know, Muller Property Development are about to embark on the redevelopment of the former Canalside Yard, now re-named Moseley's Yard, in the heart of Audlem.

Muller Property Development are a local property and house building company based in Hatherton near Nantwich. They are currently developing a number of schemes in Cheshire and Staffordshire and are perhaps best known locally for their highly acclaimed Chatterton House development in Nantwich for which they have recently won a prestigious award from Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council for their high standards of construction and workmanship.

Muller are renowned for their ability to design in a style sympathetic to a particular area or historic setting. In many ways the task at Moseley's Yard presents just such a challenge and the architectural style of the new development takes into account the local vernacular styling and its position within the town's centre.

Moseley's Yard comprises four apartments which will be sold on the open market plus four 'affordable' apartments which will be marketed by a Housing Association, and three retail units on Shropshire Street plus ten elegant, three-storey townhouses overlooking the Shropshire Union Canal. All are exclusively accessed by private road through an arched entrance.

The specification for the properties both inside and out meets Muller's high and exacting standards. The airy two bedroom apartments are priced from £130,000 and feature open plan living/kitchen areas. The kitchens come with a stainless steel built in oven and matching chimney style cooker hood plus integrated appliances comprising washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, and there is also a dishwasher. Contemporary bathrooms have baths with shower over and the master bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms. Likewise, the stylish, three bedroom townhouses are superbly laid out and benefit from south-westerly facing gardens giving maximum light. A superb feature of the townhouses are the sun terraces which overlook the canal and will give a great view of all the activity at Lock 13.The townhouses will be priced from £350,000 and also have a superb level of internal specification.

Details of the construction timescale have yet to be finalised. However, in the meantime, you can check out Muller's other local developments at www.muller-property.co.uk or contact the team at the Muller Property Shop in Nantwich on 01270 610630 for latest information on the progress of Moseley's Yard.
