This is a reminder that anyone who wishes to comment on the Appeal has until 26th November 2013 to do so. We still don't know the actual date when the Appeal will be heard, but it seems likely that it may be early next year.
Please note, comments already submitted to Cheshire East on the original application (13/2224N) will have been forwarded and will be taken into account by the Inspector. However, anyone who wishes to raise additional points or comment on the Appeal can do so either online through the Planning Portal here or by writing to the Inspector enclosing three copies of the letter.
The address for postal comments is: The Secretary, Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6PN. Reference APP/R0660/A/13/2204723 must be quoted. Also, provide your full name and address and state whether you are a member of the public, councillor, neighbour, relative etc.
It is important that you do send the letter in triplicate, so if you need help with this then remember that the Post Office has duplicating facilities.
Finally, when taking into account points to raise in your letter or email do bear in mind the list of "material considerations" for planning applications. Refer to the story put up on this website on 15th August, entitled: Tips for Planning Application Responses". Follow the link here
