One of the most popular bands at recent Audlem Festivals has been the reads.

Their latest Audlem performance on Sunday 29th May at the Lord Combermere was superb and much appreciated by Festival-goers. Now the reads, who are from Chester and North Wales, are receiving extensive national coverage.

Their debut album Stories from the Border, which sold rapidly at the Festival, is being featured on BBC Radio 2 with the latest track played being Galaxy Egg.

Jeremy Vine seems to be a big fan of the album and is making very complimentary comments and has featured a number of tracks this week.
