The FatPigeonLive team will be at it again today, 4th October. Back with the studio recording live two great artists, and also a couple of great features.

Hoc & Duffy will be chatting with Emma Purshouse who will be popping in and performing. For those that visit the Audlem Festival you will be well aware of Emma Purshouse, a lively and original performance poet. She is a slam winner and regularly performs at spoken word venues and literature festivals across the country. Emma has had short stories and poetry published in various anthologies and small press magazines. She has an MA in Creative Writing, and she's a great performer, right funny!!

Also playing live will be The Happy Soul, a four piece melodic soul/pop group from Manchester. They have recently finished their much anticipated debut album, 'A White Dot On A Black Triangle. It all starts with the sound of three unique voices singing in harmony, Mark Simpson (who plays guitar), Sally Mason (who plays Organ/Guitar) and Michael Seal (who plays Bass/Piano) backed by their drummer, Mick Pauline, who combines jazz and rock styles to tastefully bounce the melodies along. Layered in harmony, sonic bombast and slow decaying pathos, The Happy Soul have created an album that begs to be heard live.

Limited numbers, but if you fancy a bit of live performance, grab yourselves a Sunday tipple and get yourself along. Doors open at 3:30pm.
