As D-day approaches on 4th May, when there is a controversial local referendum where people will be asked if they want an elected mayor, opponents of an elected mayor for Crewe & Nantwich Borough are unveiling their plans saying the costs would be enormous and could lead to a 20% rise in Council Tax.
