Doorstep Cakes choice and taster

Jinja Bakes' Doorstep Cakes are going down a storm!  People are starting to talk about how good it is to receive their brown paper package wrapped up in string -  freshly baked with good wholesome ingredients delivered to your door with Love, Peace and Happiness....another good reason to love Fridays!

Autumn is very much in the air, so this week's menu consists of an old and trusted favourite and a new delight in honour of my favourite season:

Spiced Apple loaf – a real celebration of harvest goodies; combining the juiciest of apples, dates, and raisins, bound together with cinnamon, almonds and Madagascan vanilla, a real uplifting nibble.

Available in a 2lb loaf tin – (approx 22x12 cm) at £7 or a small 1lb loaf tin (approx 20x10cm.) at £4

Sticky Ginger cake – made with stem ginger and is dark, sexy and warms the cockles of your heart! And of course Gingerbread biscuits are baked daily too!
