On Saturday, November 18th at 2pm, the new Public Hall Annexe will be formally opened by the High Sheriff of Cheshire, Sarah Callendar Beckett.

42 Days to go

The event will be celebrated by a peal of the Church bells, a short performance by Audlem Voices and other local musicians.

Free bubbly

There will a free glass of bubbly for all (or at least the first five hundred) who attend the opening ceremony, plus a finger-buffet, also free, as well as the opportunity to look round the Annexe and see what it has to offer.

This project has been four years in the making and will have cost vey nearly £750,000 altogether, most of it from The Big Lottery Fund.

Members and volunteers from ADCA, Youth Club, 5A's, Football Club, and Community Gym will be there and would like to talk to you about their activities in the Annexe, and also about the need for Volunteers to help run the individual activities as well as the Hall itself and Annexe.

Our pictures show the original artist's impression, done by Sheila Webster from an architect's sketch, and the Annexe as built.
