The Paris conference

Calling all those who have a concern about Climate Change, a special meeting will be held on Saturday 28th November at 11a.m. at St James Church, Audlem.

Speaker

Dr Sharon George, Manager of the Keele University Sustainability Hub.

Sharon comes from this part of the world, lives in Loggerheads, and I feel sure will be a well-grounded and effective communicator with a non-academic style.

She will speak for 25 minutes on the key issues leading to the December inter-governmental Paris Conference to agree emissions targets for protecting the planet, flowed by a brief comment on the Christian view.

As the recent Earth Statement says: '2015 is a critical year for humanity'.
