Charity events this week

There are two big charity events coming up this week in Hankelow and Audlem.

On Thursday, 29th September, there's a Charity Quiz Night at the Hankelow Cottage Indian Restaurant at 7.30.

Tickets cost £15 for a 4 course Indian meal with both quiz and raffle prizes to be won! The night is to raise funds in aid of The Brittle Bone Society and Christies Hospital.

Both Linda and Tricia are trekking the Great Wall of China in October in order to raise much needed funds for both needy charities. Any sponsorship will be greatly appreciated.

Then, the following morning on Friday, 30th September, Audlem is to join the World's Biggest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Please come along to be part of this special fundraising coffee morning on Friday 30th September in the Public Hall, 10.00am – 12pm.

There will be a cake stall, raffle, 2nd hand book stall as well as plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits.
