Celebrity chefs at food festival

Keen Audlem cooks can pick up a few culinary tips from celebrity chefs at a festival of food later this month.

Celebrity chefs Jean-Christophe Novelli and The Fabulous Baker Brothers will be appearing at Bridgemere Garden World on November 23rd and 24th.

Tom and Henry Herbert – better known as The Fabulous Baker Brothers – will appear on Saturday to demonstrate bread and cake-making, while Michelin-starred French chef Jean-Christophe will be on hand to show off his cooking skills on Sunday.

Visitors can not only pick up some top tips from the special guests thay can also taste a variety of homegrown Cheshire produce and browse around the stalls.

Garden centre manager Marcus Haigh said: "We're very excited to have such household names showcasing their talents alongside producers from our local area."

Tom and Henry Herbert otherwise known as The Fabulous Baker Brothers are the hottest foodie chefs around at the moment while award-winning chef, Jean-Christophe Novelli, will share his passion for cooking with those who want to learn from one of the UK's most successful restaurateurs.
