Buy/Sell query

A regular user of AudlemOnline's Buy/Sell facility writes: "Would it be a good idea to ask your readers if, when they have sold their item online, to let you know so you can remove the listing.

"I have contacted a number of people re items only to be told it has been sold, but the ad is still online. Just a thought, hope you don't mind me saying."

Indeed, we do not mind you saying it. It's a timely reminder that it makes life for everyone easier if sellers remove their advertisements, as they can very easily.

If, by chance, you forget your password, email the web team saying what the item you have sold is, and we will try to find it from the very long list of items on Buy/Sell and delete it. But best to jot down your password when posting an item so you can delete the item as soon as it's sold.
