The Park View Business Centre at Combermere, just five miles west of Audlem, is now open, providing good value, rural office space.
Park View Business Centre is a converted Cheshire-brick built barn, offering good value, quality office space and storage rental to the business community of South Cheshire and North Shropshire.
Until recently, the barn was part of the Combermere Abbey farming estate and now it houses a range of stylish, contemporary office units, with great main road access.
On the first floor are the two largest units, each in excess of 100 m2 or 1000 square feet. These light-filled, beamed spaces would be ideally suited to high-tech service providers.
The units provide great value for money and also flexibility with a month-by-month license agreement, making them an ideal option for new businesses. Prices start at £230 per month and include heating, lighting, electricity, broadband and telephone connections, shared kitchen and cloakrooms, cleaning of communal areas, maintenance, water, buildings insurance, security gates and CCTV system and free car parking for employees and clients.
Where viable, measures have been taken to use energy-efficient methods and natural materials such as sheep wool insulation, lighting with movement detectors, recycled fittings and energy from renewable sources to ensure that the building is as sustainable as possible, whilst the communications and IT facilities are the most up-to-date available.
This project has been assisted by the Rural Development Programme for England, delivered through the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) with Defra as the Managing Authority. This project is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in rural areas.
This business centre combines the joy of working in a rural location with conveniences such as good main road and rail connections, quality country pubs and a village high street nearby, to provide for employee convenience and corporate entertaining, and both Nantwich and Whitchurch only 10 minutes drive away.
