Bridge Inn closed

Not for the first time this year, the Bridge Inn is closed. Information will be sought from owners Marstons as to when the pub will reopen.

Since Marstons failed to agree terms with licensees Nigel and Bridie Walker back in January, a number of temporary managers have run the Bridge.

An Audlem parish councillor contacted Marston's chief executive in Wolverhampton, Ralph Findlay, in June this year. A reply was received and it had been hoped that the Bridge would see new permanent lessees moving in. Unfortunately, that has not happened.
