Now, and this is a genuine advisory, get a hankie at the ready. Everyone who has seen the previews of the Mend our Mum video, had tears in their eyes from start to finish.
It's now available for you to enjoy and see what an amazing community we have the good fortune to live amongst. Just click on the YouTube image and watch the Amazing Grace film.
This shows how a very special village comes together to help one of their own in what must be a unique project with over half the local population singing 'Amazing Grace' to raise money for Berni Cliffe's cancer treatment.
The last figure we heard was that around a third of the necessary £100,000 was in the bank. Now, we want everyone's help to bring in the rest:

After a 20 second written intro, so the rest of the world knows what it's all about, the DVD starts with young Macy Gultekin singing the opening lines.
Other soloists are Heidi Browne; Steve Overland; Sally Keighley (from USA); Alg Halliwell; Ian Haughey; Paul Turner; Alisdair Mackenzie; Fluff; Mike Waldren; Dave Nettleton; Kelly Brammer; Billy Gibbons; Sevi Gee; Kevin Whitfield and Jim Kirkpatrick.
And then there's many, many hundreds of residents, members of clubs and societies ranging from the very young to the not quite so young. The credits alone are a wonder to behold.
The production team want to thank everyone for their support and help getting this DVD pulled together.
And we are sure everyone will want to thank the production team for working so hard on this very special project that has given so many so much pleasure – and will hopefully mean treatment for Berni and so much to her family and friends.
Now, where's that hankie?
