Well, the sausage recipes have been shortlisted!
We are currently going through the time consuming process of trying to fine tune the balance of flavours within the sausages using a variety of ingredients. Once we are convinced we can deliver the three sausage recipes I will reveal who's recipes will be featured in the Sausage taste-off.
We did originally plan the taste off for this coming Saturday but due to time constraints we will have to make this Saturday 31st October which of course means that we are celebrating Halloween with a Sausage taste-off. We hope that as many of you as possible will come along to vote for your favourite sausage flavour.
We look forward to a great day at Number 11 – enjoy a warm drink & cake at JA's, pick up your Halloween feast from O&T and The Village Greengrocers and of course – a trip to LLLovely to pick up some delicious treats (or tricks) for your family & friends!
Don't forget that our new winter opening times have started this week!
Having looked at customer numbers at certain times of the day we have decided to implement new winter opening hours. These will be effective from next Monday 19th October.
It goes without saying that if any of our lovely customers are running slightly behind and need us to stay open until they can get to us (within reason!) then we will do our very best to accommodate.
Please also feel free to use our order ahead facility on the website, or just give us a call on 01270 811793. We are going to be trialling a slightly later opening time on a Friday – 7pm. Hopefully some of the Audlem residents who arrive back from work later in the evening will benefit from this.
