Bids for funding of village projects being submitted

Two bids for funding of village projects included in the Audlem Parish Plan are being submitted. One is to Cheshire Community Council's Rural & Community Council for funding to pay for initial work on the indoor sports facilities behind the Public Hall, outlined in the plan. The second bid is to the Big Lottery Fund for its Breathing Places programme that has been promoted on a number of BBC programmes.

The Audlem Parish Plan has also been featured in recent public meetings in Wybunbury and Stapeley as those parishes start work on their plans. Fifteen minute presentations on what Audlem has achieved over the past year were made. Both parishes decided to go ahead with their plans at the meetings which each attracted well over a hundred residents.
