Yesterday, we started on the daunting task of describing the 57 beers and 14 ciders that will be available for your pleasure at next weekend's Audlem Beer Festival, running from Friday to Monday night.

We only got as far as A -J yesterday so now we pick up with the brewery offerings from M – S. There's some intriguing names to choose from – The Ministry of Beer Red Tape seems a great ale to unwind with!

Mansfield Cask Ale (3.9% ABV): A clean, lightly fruity beer with a subtle bitterness. Amber coloured with a satisfying hoppy aftertaste. At the Bridge Inn

Marstons Burton Bitter (3.8% ABV): It is crafted using only the finest, barley, hops, yeast and famous Burton spring water to deliver an exceptionally clean tasting beer combining malty biscuity flavours with a delicate hop character and finish. At the Bridge Inn

Marstons Pedigree (4.5% ABV): A premium mahogany beer uncompromisingly brewed using natural Burton spring water and traditional varieties of barley and hops (Maris Otter Barley, Fuggles and Goldings hops). It is still brewed in the oak casks of the Burton Union to preserve it’s unique character, consistent quality and taste. At the Bridge Inn and the Shroppie Fly

Marstons EPA (3.6% ABV): A light, golden beer bursting with a fruity hop aroma and refreshing zesty hop finish. At the Bridge Inn

Marstons Long Hop (4.0% ABV): Light Coloured refreshing beer with English hops to give a crisp bitterness and fresh hoppy aroma. At the Bridge Inn

Merlin Spellbound (4.0% ABV): Spellbound is a premium English ale, full-flavoured and bitter. Very quaffable, it’s an excellent session beer and rewards repeated sampling. Light chestnut in colour, it has a subtle citrus aroma and a dry finish with excellent levels of bitterness in the English style. At the Lord Combermere

Ministry of Beer Red Tape (3.8% ABV): Unnecessary and pointless red tape is strangling pubs. Endless form-filling, permits and license renewals burden finances and occupy time that should be spent productively. This is a ruby ale brewed using a bit of common sense. At the Lord Combermere

Offbeat Brewery Odd Ball Red (4.2% ABV): A delicious ruby red ale with columbus hops giving a spicy flavour and finish. At the Lord Combermere

Offbeat Brewery Outlandish Pale (3.9% ABV): Session beer drinking above its strength with a burst of fresh, lemony hoppiness. At the Lord Combermere

Peakstones Rock Brewery Black Hole Porter (4.8% ABV): A dark bitter, brewed with chocolate malt giving it plenty of body and flavour without being heavy. At the Lord Combermere

Peakstones Rock Brewery Chained Oak (4.2% ABV): A copper coloured beer, use of flaked maize gives it a smooth flavour and good aroma. At the Lord Combermere

Ringwood Old Thumper (5.6% ABV): A copper coloured full-flavoured strong ale. Its distinctive taste has made it a winner nationally and internationally. The brewery's most iconic beer. At the Bridge Inn

Robinsons Dizzy Blonde (3.8% ABV): Straw coloured Summer Ale with distinctive herbal or perfume like hop aroma. This light refreshing beer has a clean zesty hop dominated palate complimented by a crisp dry finish. At the Lord Combermere

Rudgate Ruby Mild (4.4% ABV): This dark cherry, ruby red ale has a sweet aroma, with a hint of strawberries and slightly smokey. It is soft, rich and complex to the palate. At the Shroppie Fly

Salopian Oracle (4.0% ABV): The intention of the hop character is to be pronounced but not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body. Its one of the most expensive of the Salopian beers to brew as it relies heavily on expensive hops from the US. At the Lord Combermere

Salopian Darwins Origin (4.3% ABV): Darwin's Origin is an eclectic mix of hops from across the world but this blend produces a beer that offers something to everyone. Crisp, tart, fruity and refreshing but also with a juicy malt background. At the Lord Combermere

Salopian Lemon Dream (4.5% ABV): A wheat beer very much in the modern English style – served bright and top fermented. The recipe uses a small amount of fresh lemon to compliment the citrussy flavours produced by the wheat malt. Each of the Hops used, Goldings, Saaz and Cascade add fresh lemony flavours to the brew. At the Lord Combermere

Shardlow Narrow Boat (4.3% ABV): A pale amber bitter with a short crisp hoppy aftertaste. At the Shroppie Fly.
