Audlem Online Offline!

Apologies to all our readers for Audlem Online being "down" until just before ten o'clock this morning.

Our systems backup and disaster recovery team is urgently investigating the problem and will produce a detailed report into the event by the end of the year. At first sight, it appears to have been due to a sequencing malfunction in the underlying tree algorithm which drives the SQL access to the RAID dual disk system.

We have ruled out a cyber attack by the Road Transport lobby (concerned about our stance on the A525 issue) or the Purity in Internet group (after we featured the Ann Summers parties yesterday).
