Please remember that if you have a medical problem that you feel cannot wait until our next routine appointment, then please ask our reception staff to add your name to our daily triage list.

You will be telephoned by one of the duty clinicians within 2 hours to discuss your problem and arrange an appropriate management plan.

Our Nurse Practitioner Sr Julie Grindley has been extensively trained in Consultation Skill, Clinical Examination and Prescribing and has routine and urgent appointments available to support her when required.

Unfortunately over sixty hours of consulting time was lost in the first quarter of 2011 due to patients not attending appointments.
