Details: Asanasphere is a fun way to keep fit, improve balance, flexibilty, and strength.
Using a yoga ball (sometimes called a gym / Swiss / exercise ball) as well as smaller inflatable 'pilates' balls, and sometimes even myofascial release balls, this class is based on various types of yoga & exercises that will improve our fitness and overall wellness.
Classes will incorporate breathing techniques, cultivating mindful awareness of our bodies, increasing balance, fitness, and strength, learning how to truly relax at the end of a session to promote muscle growth and repair, and having fun while we do it!
You don't need to be experienced in yoga to join in! Asanasphere is an enjoyable alternative to traditional body-mind fitness that will challenge and entertain you while cultivating a strong body and mind whatever your fitness level or yoga ability.
There is a free taster at Audlem Public Hall on Wednesday 29th May 2024 in the main hall and (subject to interest) regular classes will be held weekly every Wednesday at 7.30pm -- 8.30pm thereafter. £7 per session.
