Art Group to Restart Friday

The Friday Art Group will start a new session on September 9th in the Scout Hall at 1 pm.

The group began to meet two years ago with the intention of sharing an interest in making and learning about art in its many forms. This has included drawing, painting and printmaking as well as visiting art galleries and art events.

This month there will be a visit to Tate Liverpool to see a Francis Bacon exhibition and then Tate Modern in London to see Georgia O 'Keefe in October.

We are a group of people who enjoy working together and learning new ways of producing art. There will be a new subject to investigate starting on September 9th.
