And now the 2000th Buy/sell

Following on from the news that the millionth page access this year was made recently on Audlem Online, we are happy to record that the two-thousandth item has just been posted on the buy/sell part of the website.

This turns out to be an AGV crash helmet (whatever that is) advertised for sale by "Happyscrapper" at the bargain price of £25.

We have no means of knowing what proportion of items advertised for sale eventually find a buyer, but there must presumably be some degree of success for people to keep on using the service.

We like the thought, however, that many items are enjoying a second useful life rather than being junked and going to some tip. And hopefully, a good number of people are making some extra money.
