An apology to our readers

AudlemOnline would like to apologise to readers for the lack of service between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.

A problem occurred at TelecityGroup, who manage a large data-centre in Manchester. Along with hundreds of other businesses, Audlem based web-design company ThenMedia uses the Manchester facility to run numerous websites including AudlemOnline and the situation was beyond our control.

The AudlemOnline email system uses a different server based at Keele university, so emails sent to us over the last few days should have got through as normal. However, we haven't been able to access them until now, so there may be a backlog to get through.

There are still some technical background problems but AudlemOnline visitors should be able to use the site without any further problems. Many apologies for any inconvenience caused and we hope to resume normal service.
