The Annual General Meeting of ADAS will be held on the 15th October in the Scout & Guide Hall at 7.30pm. The purpose of the meeting is to present the year-end accounts and to elect the new executive officers for the new year.
The Vice Chairman will give her review of the past year. Then all can gather for wine and nibbles and socialising. All are welcome and the whole event will probably close by 8.45pm.
