Ed – The last word on this year's festival comes, fittingly enough, from Ralph warburton whose tireless energy makes the whole thing happen,

A note to put a full stop to what all say was one of the best ever such event .

Calculations of some 3500 folks here to enjoy over 70 performers and thankfully good weather most of the time.

Tills were ringing in all the shops open and in our three very supportive pubs

Litter, saw none; Trouble, saw none.

A huge thank you to

  • All those who helped us with putting up marquees and stages .
  • Our sponsors , McCarthy and Stone , Audlem Parish Council. KMF Of Stoke , Leasepoint of Crewe and Grensons Motors
  • All the local and not so local businesses who supported us with their adverts
  • Brine Leas and ASET for loan of the stages .
  • Audlem Parish Council for use of the Turnpike field for camping
  • Gavin for keeping our village clean and litter free.
  • Joe of Audlem Printers for all the Art works he did for us
  • Eor the space AOL gave to us in promoting our event .

The team

And finally, the biggest of thanks to our very small team of Pete Marshall, Chris Warburton, Stephen Hopkins , Jonathan Taylor and Paul Jervis . For all the effort and energy over the past 8 months or so in getting all this together .a true tour de force !!

Here's to next year, our 20th anniversary – we already have volunteers stepping up to help us .

And finally, my photo says it all as some 8000 pints or more were imbibed
