Storage space needed for new business

New Business

I am just starting a new local business and I need some large dry/water-tight/mouse-proof storage space for some flat pack furniture.

Do you have

• An empty metal container?
• A large empty garage that I could rent?
• Some space on which a 10ft or 20ft x 8ft shipping container could be put?

It would need to be easily accessed by an occasional delivery lorry, and daily by myself. I need about 15 cubic meters. I am happy to pay rent monthly or yearly.
