Isla's Swim Camp

From mum (Rachel Lambie):- my daughter is doing a sponsored swim to raise money for her swimming club (Market Drayton swimming club) and I was wondering if you would be kind enough to post her story and a link to her gofundme page (see below).

Market Drayton is the local swimming club for our village and has had an exceptional season; of 43 members we now have 34 county swimmers, 12 regional swimmers and 2 national swimmers. This is exceptional for such a small club.

The swimmers have an opportunity to go to an international sports village in Spain in October where they'll be able to access world class facilities.

Isla is raising money for this trip but also to support the running of the club. She's challenged herself to swim 100 lengths every day for 15 days. She would be very grateful for any support and we have created a GoFundMe page.

From Isla:- I am a member of Market Drayton Swimming Club and I have the opportunity to attend a swimming camp in Spain. This will help me to improve my technique and strength as we will train in a 50m outdoor pool and have access to world class facilities.

I am fundraising for myself and my club to be able to go by swimming 1500 lengths in 15 days.

I can't wait to go abroad with my super friendly club as it will help me to achieve my ambition of reaching Regional Championships next year.
