Witnesses sought for an accident last year

Audlem Online has received a plea to see if there are any witnessess to an accident last Feb 2005! It involved a vehicle and a bicycle opposite the chip shop. The cyclist was knocked off his bike into the road by the vehicle but now the car driver is trying to sue for damage caused to the car. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.
