Following a fire at the British Waterways compound on the Public Hall

car park on Friday the 16th of March, police have reviewed CCTV evidence

from the scene. On Thursday 22nd March, a man was arrested and

questioned about the offence, and later released on police bail. PC

Maple is now anxious to speak to a man who was seen walking a dog on the

field past the compound at about 10pm. This man is sought as a witness

only, and he may be able to provide vital evidence to the investigation.
